Class B office building in Maryland for a group of small investors. Kennady Properties was responcible for all of the due
diligence prior to closing including financial analysis, contract negotiation, hiring all third party consultants and review/structuring
of the tenant leases. Kennady Properties sold the building in June of 2008. The equity investors netted a 141.5% internal
rate of return (IRR) for their two year hold.
In July of 2008, Kennady Properties, LLC orgainzed the purchase
of 21,000 square foot retail building for a small investment group. The annual cash on cash return is 18.7% and projected
